Credilink – Credit Intermediation Ltd., with tax identification number (NIPC) 515 700 738 and registered office at Rua de Camões 219, 3D, 4000-145 Porto, is a legal entity duly registered with the Bank of Portugal under registration number 5976. It provides credit intermediation services in accordance with the requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017 of 7 July. This page complies with the provisions established in Article 53(1) of the aforementioned decree-law.

Credilink is registered as a Tied Credit Intermediary. Credilink does not grant credit and its activity is limited exclusively to credit intermediation with the financial institutions with which it has a contractual relationship.

Credit Intermediation Services

Credilink is authorised to provide the following credit intermediation services:

  1. Presentation or proposal of credit agreements to consumers;
  2. Assistance to consumers through preparatory acts or other pre-contractual management activities relating to credit agreements that have not been presented or proposed directly by Credilink;
  3. Conclusion of credit agreements with consumers on behalf of lenders.
  4. Advisory Services: Yes

Credilink is prohibited from receiving or collecting any fees or other amounts related to the formation, execution, or early repayment of credit agreements, pursuant to Article 46 of the RJIC. The credit intermediation services provided by Credilink are therefore free of charge for its clients. However, Credilink is remunerated by the financial institutions with which it has a tied contractual relationship.
